    Sat Nam Rasayan is an ancient meditative healing art. It is a non-invasive technique where the healer meditates and the client relaxes. Through this process blockages are dissolved in the client’s system, supporting the body’s self-healing and regenerative powers. Sat Nam Rasayan can be very beneficial for pain, stress, emotional and mental disorders, for chronic as well as severe illnesses. It allows the client to experience inner balance, mental clarity and a sense of presence, and to arrive at a deeper understanding of Self. Sat Nam Rasayan means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.” It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption in the Divine. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan means entering a state of total surrender, becoming Nothing, and operating from the state of 'Shuniya'. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness healing can occur. Through the projective quality of the meditative mind, the Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner can access and then balance, on a subtle level - the five elements, and the pranic- (energy-) body of their client. If you're a healer - Sat Nam Rasayan is a great yogic tool and healing modality to add to your practice.
